Welcome to ViFer Gaming. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and online store and your purchase of our products.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Products
ViFer Gaming sells gaming, trading card, collectible and hobby products, including Pokémon TCG, Beyblade X, Labubu and related products.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, prices and availability are accurate. Product colors, packaging and appearance may vary.
Some products contain randomized contents. For Pokémon TCG, blind-box and other randomized collectibles, specific cards, characters, designs or pulls are not guaranteed unless specifically stated in the product listing.
2. Orders
When you place an order, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Orders are subject to product availability and successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order where appropriate, including in cases of product unavailability, obvious pricing or listing errors, incomplete information or suspected fraudulent activity.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, an applicable refund will be provided.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
3. Pre-Orders
Selected upcoming products may be available for pre-order. Estimated release dates are provided based on information from manufacturers or suppliers and may change.
Pre-order details and any applicable cancellation terms will be stated on the individual product listing.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are in AED unless otherwise stated.
Prices, promotions and product availability may change without notice. The applicable price and delivery charges will be shown before checkout.
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Tabby and Tamara may also be available upon request, subject to availability and prior arrangement.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver across all Emirates in the UAE.
Standard delivery is AED 20 and generally takes 2–3 business days after dispatch. Courier delivery hours are generally 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.
Same-day delivery may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges through services such as Careem Box or Porter.
Meet-ups and pick-ups may also be available, subject to availability and prior arrangement.

6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of gaming, trading card and collectible products, change-of-mind returns and exchanges are generally not accepted.
This includes unwanted randomized cards, characters, designs, duplicates or pulls from sealed products.
This does not affect any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable UAE law.
For damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrectly supplied products, please contact us and refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
7. Website Use
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes.
You must not misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious software, interfere with our Services, or infringe our intellectual property or the rights of others.
8. Intellectual Property
The ViFer Gaming name, logo, original website content, graphics, photographs, videos and other materials created by or for ViFer Gaming are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Third-party brand names, logos, product names and characters remain the property of their respective owners.
You may not reproduce or commercially use our original content without permission.
9. Third-Party Services
Our website may use third-party services including Shopify, payment providers, shipping providers, social media platforms and other service providers.
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. ViFer Gaming is not responsible for the content or policies of third-party websites or services.
10. Shopify
ViFer Gaming uses Shopify to operate our online store. Purchases made through our website are transactions between you and ViFer Gaming.
Shopify provides the technology that enables us to provide our Services but is not responsible for products sold by ViFer Gaming.
11. Privacy
Personal information collected through our Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Errors and Changes
We may correct errors or inaccuracies relating to product descriptions, prices, promotions, availability or delivery information.
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the updated version on this page.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights or protections available under applicable UAE law.
